Wedding Cakes
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. This deposit confirms your booking and reserves the time and ingredients needed for your order.
The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event date.
Custom Cakes
Custom cake orders require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at pickup.
Menu Items
Menu item orders (cupcakes, cookies, etc.) are paid in full when the order is confirmed.
Payment Methods
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Venmo, and cash. Online payments can be made through our secure payment link.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your date and cover initial planning, ingredient ordering, and blocked time in our schedule.
If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand circumstances change, and we'll do our best to be understanding.
Rescheduling
If you need to change your event date, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.
Order Changes
Minor changes (guest count adjustments within 10%, small design tweaks) can typically be accommodated up to 2 weeks before your event.
Major changes (different design, significant size changes) may require a new quote and may not be possible close to your event date.

We offer gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and nut-free options for most products. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.
Important: While we take precautions for dietary-specific orders, our kitchen handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, and peanuts. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please discuss specific allergy concerns with us before ordering.
Dietary Upcharges
Specialty dietary options (gluten-free, vegan, etc.) may have a small upcharge of $0.50-$1 per serving due to ingredient costs. We'll always let you know upfront.
Delivery Area
We deliver wedding cakes within approximately 30 miles of Wilmington, NC, including:
- Wilmington
- Wrightsville Beach
- Carolina Beach
- Leland
- Hampstead
- And surrounding areas
Delivery fees vary based on distance and will be quoted at the time of booking.
Wedding Cake Delivery
Wedding cake delivery includes setup at your venue. We coordinate with your venue and wedding planner to ensure everything is perfect.
Pickup
Pickup is available by appointment for all orders. We'll provide handling instructions to ensure your order arrives safely.
Cake Stands
We have a selection of cake stands available for wedding clients at no additional charge. Stands must be returned within 3 days of your event. A $50 deposit may be required.
Before Your Event
Cakes should be kept refrigerated until 1-2 hours before serving to allow them to come to room temperature.
Buttercream Cakes
Store refrigerated for up to 5 days. Bring to room temperature before serving for best flavor and texture.
Fondant Cakes
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration may cause condensation on fondant.
Cupcakes & Cookies
Best consumed within 2-3 days. Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
